At RoC® Skincare, we want you to be fully satisfied with your clinically-proven formulas. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once your return is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your RoC® products in their original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt to monitor the progress of your return shipment.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects the products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
